 What's New?

Come hear Tom perform with the Gordon Goodwin Big Phat Band on Monday, October 20th at the Jazz Bakery in Los Angeles.  Sets at 8 and 9:30 PM.


Looking ahead.....Tom will be traveling back to Denton, TX, where he will perform in a University of North Texas Alumi Band.  The concert takes place in late November, and is to honor Neil Slater, Jim Riggs and Paris Rutherford for all their years of dedication in teaching at UNT.  Tom was a student and adjunct faculty member at UNT.


 Tom will have the honor of performing twice during the month of October with the Gordon Goodwin Big Phat Band.  Visit the "performance" page to learn about the shows at Laguna Beach Live and the Jazz Bakery.


Tom enjoyed joining the faculty at the Jim Widener Jazz Camp at Sacramento State University in Sacramento, CA.  The camp ran from July 6th to July 11th.  It featured nightly concerts by the faculty big band, which included Dave Pietro, Scott Whitfield, Mike Vax, and many more!


Tom was invited to be an adjudicator at the 41st Annual UW-Eau Claire Jazz Festival in Eau Claire, WI.  Tom received his Bachelor of Music from UW-EC in 1997, and this was be his first trip back for the festival!
